Jenn and I bought our first house. It’s an awesome house located only about a mile from where we currently live. I’m really psyched to move in. We close on Sept 20.
This makes three properties for us. The goal is to replace this house using profit from one of our condos in about 3-5 years. And then one day, retire and live on the income from renting all of our properties.
In the meantime, though, it will be nice to have the extra room!
